At Viranda, every piece is custom made on order. Because of this, our refund and exchange policy is limited.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind

Since all products are made specifically for you after the order is placed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

1. Change of mind
2. Incorrect size selection (unless the error is from our side)
3. Colour or material preference changes after production has started

2. Damaged Products

Refund or exchange is only possible if the product arrives damaged.

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
2. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
3. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved

Once verified, we will arrange either:

1. A replacement of the damaged product, or
2. A refund (at our discretion)
